Koral Zaarur's comprehensive practical experiences in transactional law and litigation combine with her academic ambitions to build a dynamic legal career grounded in strategic analysis and real-world impact.

Koral is an Associate at Zwillinger Wulkan and a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  Her practice focuses on litigation, where she draws on a strong background in legal research, writing, and analysis.

While in law school, Koral served as Executive Managing Editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal.  Her academic work included a publication analyzing executive accountability in high-profile shareholder litigation, with a particular focus on litigation involving Elon Musk.

Koral also served as a Legal Research Aide, where she developed a comprehensive directory of legal and business resources for Arizona entrepreneurs.  Through ASU’s Entrepreneurship and Small Business Clinic, she worked with clients on contract drafting and other legal matters affecting emerging and small businesses.

Experience

Koral gained additional practical experience through litigation-focused externships during law school, developing skills in legal research, written advocacy, case analysis, and litigation practice that she now brings to her work at Zwillinger Wulkan.
