Tina M. Ziegler, Paralegal

Tina M. Ziegler is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with more than 30 years of experience in collection law and civil litigation, with a strong focus on commercial matters.

Tina earned her associate degree in legal assisting from Phoenix College, graduating with high distinction. She earned her bachelor's degree in applied sciences from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude.  She is a member of NALA, becoming a Certified Paralegal in 2015, and holds Advanced Certified Paralegal credentials in the areas of Trial Practice and Discovery.

Additionally, Tina has served as a past president of the Maricopa County Bar Association's Paralegal Division, highlighting a long-standing commitment to the legal community.

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in collection law and judgment enforcement, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and proven success to Zwillinger Wulkan.  Leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills, Tina has consistently achieved successful collections for clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their financial interests are prioritized.

Tina's extensive background includes second-chairing multiple large trials and bringing a wealth of litigation experience to the firm. As a respected local and national speaker on collection law and civil trial practice, Tina is committed to sharing knowledge and advancing the field.

Recognitions

Tina was selected as the Paralegal Member of the Year by the Paralegal Division of the Maricopa County Bar Association (MCBA) in both 2012 and 2014.

In 2016, she was selected as the MCBA's first non-attorney recipient of the Robert R. Mills Member of the Year Award.  She was also one of the first non-attorney members to be elected to the MCBA's Board of Directors.
