Vrinda P. Gupta

Vrinda Gupta brings a global perspective and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to Zwillinger Wulkan.

Vrinda assists in complex commercial and civil litigation matters across all stages of litigation, including early stage- strategy, legal research, motion practice, discovery and trial preparation.  She is a dual qualified attorney, admitted in both Arizona and India.

Experience

Prior to joining Zwillinger Wulkan, Vrinda Gupta worked extensively on commercial litigation and trade-related matters in both domestic and international contexts.  She contributed to international commercial law projects with multilateral institutions, including UNIDROIT in Rome and the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (UNCITRAL-RCAP), where she authored complex legal analyses on issues of international commercial and trade law.

Before relocating to the United States, Vrinda practiced law in India for four years, handling a wide range of commercial and civil disputes.  She served as General Counsel for a manufacturing company, representing the company in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, supporting domestic and international business negotiations, and advising on trade and intellectual property matters.  She also appeared regularly before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, serving as primary counsel in civil litigation matters.
