David Blumenthal's practice focuses on civil, commercial, and personal injury litigation. David is a skilled writer and advocate, and has broad experience with all three branches of government. He brings his diverse skills and experiences to Zwillinger Wulkan, to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Before joining Zwillinger Wulkan, David worked at a private public interest law firm, where he represented whistleblowers in exposing malfeasance and fraud against the U.S. government. In that role, David advocated for his clients before government agencies, including the U.S Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Internal Revenue Service. Prior, David began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jennifer G. Zipps on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
David’s dedication to the public interest and the rule of law runs deep. He believes that all people should have access to our legal system, regardless of background. That is why he serves as volunteer attorney for the District of Arizona's Federal Court Advice-Only Clinic on a pro bono basis, and maintains an active membership with the National Consumer Law Center.
