Sherle Flaggman

Sherle Flaggman has a long and successful track record of protecting the rights of her clients.  Her practice focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil rights cases.  As a lawyer for 40 years, Sherle has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, giving her valuable insight on how to best hold those who cause harm accountable for their actions.

Before relocating to Arizona, Sherle practiced law in Michigan, representing survivors of catastrophic injuries and family members of those who died because of another’s negligence.  In Arizona, she worked at a preeminent medical malpractice firm where she defended nursing homes and hospitals in medical malpractice and vulnerable adult litigation.  She then joined the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Civil Division where she continued to defend personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil rights cases.

Experience

Sherle is passionate about making a difference in her community.  She was a legal advisor to Mothers Against Drunk Driving, a Board member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of and advocate for the Brain Injury Association of Michigan.
