Samantha Lee

Samantha Lee’s practice focuses on representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a variety of civil litigation, including breach of contract, wrongful death, and personal injury.

Samantha assists clients on all phases of civil litigation.  She is passionate about helping clients through what some consider a complicated legal system and empowers them to make the most informed decisions for themselves.

During law school, Samantha focused her studies on administrative law and government regulation, particularly in the fields of education, water, energy, and Indian gaming.  Her research has been presented to legal and non-legal audiences.

Experience

Samantha holds a BS in Political Science from the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University, with a minor in Anthropology and a certificate in Socio-Legal Studies.  Prior to joining Zwillinger Wulkan, Samantha was a legal intern for the Arizona Department of Gaming, Salt River Project, and Maricopa County Community College District.

Samantha attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she earned a certificate in Law and Sustainability.
