Samantha Lee

Samantha Lee assists the Zwillinger Wulkan team by conducting legal research, drafting and proofing memoranda, interviewing witnesses, and preparing documents for trial.  Samantha also provides administrative support through client record management, evidence gathering, and assistance with court filings.

Prior to joining Zwillinger Wulkan, Samantha was a legal intern for the Arizona Department of Gaming, Salt River Project, and Maricopa County Community College District.  During law school, she focused her studies on administrative law and government regulation, particularly in the fields of education, water, energy, and Indian gaming. Her research has been presented to legal and non-legal audiences on the current state of government regulations, both state and federal.

Samantha holds a BS in Political Science from the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University, with a minor in Anthropology and a certificate in Socio-Legal Studies. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with an expected graduation date of May 2023.
