Varish is a second-year law student with a strong interest in litigation within the government and public interest sectors. Committed to developing broad legal competency, he actively seeks exposure to a wide range of practice areas, with particular interests in constitutional and administrative law, consumer protection, medical malpractice, and internet and technology law. Varish is focused on honing rigorous litigation skills and analytical judgment with the long-term goal of becoming a skilled and principled attorney who advances and protects the public interest.
Experience
Before law school, Varish worked as a Records Clerk at a personal injury firm, where he ensured the timely collection and organization of medical billing and records and supported active litigation files. During law school, he served as a Summer Law Clerk and LEIF Fellow with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles in the Housing and Communities Workgroup, where he researched tenant-rights issues, supported housing clinics, and assisted with advocacy efforts on behalf of tenants.
In 2024, Varish graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Computer Science. Varish pairs his interdisciplinary training with a curious and compassionate attitude to learn expansively about the legal profession and provide the best representation he can as a future attorney.
